What is a Pre-Sale agreement?

Pre-Sell is beneficial to the Seller because it allows the him to up-date at any time, and keep newer, more dependable equipment. Pre-Sell is beneficial to the Buyer because if allows him access to used equipment, that is still in good working condition at a fare price.

Pre-Sell is a category of equipment that has specific conditions, separate from ordinary sales. The best way to understand “Pre-Sell”, is to understand the saying of “Everything is for sell at the right Price” The seller is willing to sell at this price! Usually it is equipment that would not be on the market, but if he could get a fare price for it, he would up-date to a newer unit. Also this applies to equipment he is planning on up-dating, but does not want to fight the trade-in fight.

This (Pre-Sell Agreement) has some stipulations with it.

• First the buyer has to put down a non-refundable deposit. (based on the guarantee from the seller that the unit will be in like condition when shipped)
• Second, the Buyer has to be willing to give the seller an agreed upon reasonable amount of time to replace this unit, before taking delivery.

The bigger operators can not afford to have any down time! He would like to up-date more often. The smaller operator can not afford the high priced new equipment. He would love to find slightly used equipment, that still has a lot of life and not totally worn out. Then there is something for everyone else in between, the big operator and the small operator.
